Tools & techniques.
These are just some of the techniques and tools I use when working together

PERSON-CENTRED BEHAVIOURAL COACHING
Person-centred behavioural coaching (PCBC) is a type of coaching that integrates principles from person-centred therapy and behavioural psychology. It focuses on helping individuals develop and achieve their goals by working on their behaviours, thoughts, and emotions.
In PCBC, I will work with you to identify your goals, values, and personal strengths. Using this information, I will help you to develop a plan of action that is aligned with your values and motivators.
I will provide feedback and support as we work towards achieving your goals.

COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL COACHING
Cognitive-behavioural coaching (CBC) is a style of coaching that combines cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) with coaching techniques. It involves the use of cognitive-behavioural strategies, such as identifying and challenging negative thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours, to help individuals achieve their goals and improve their mental well-being.
In CBC, I will work with you to identify your goals and develop a plan of action to achieve them. I will also help you to identify and challenge any negative or self-defeating thought patterns that may be hindering your progress. CBC focuses on the present and future, rather than on past events. It is often used to help individuals overcome specific challenges or transitions in their lives, such as career changes or relationship issues.

SYSTEMIC COACHING
Systemic coaching is a type of coaching that acknowledges and works with the interconnected structures and dynamics within a person's life, including relationships, work environment, family systems, and cultural influences. It considers the individual as part of a larger system and recognizes that there is a reciprocal and dynamic relationship that occurs within these systems.
The goal of systemic coaching is to facilitate positive change and growth by helping individuals recognize patterns of behaviour and interaction within these systems. It aims to identify and shift any negative or unhelpful patterns of interaction and replace them with more effective and constructive ways of relating.

GESTALT
COACHING
In Gestalt coaching, I will work with you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in the present moment. The goal is to help you understand the underlying patterns or beliefs that may be contributing to your challenges. I may use techniques such as experiential exercises, visualization, and dialogue to help you gain insight and clarity.
One of the key principles of Gestalt coaching is the concept of "unfinished business." This refers to unresolved emotions or issues from the past that may be affecting your current thoughts and behaviours. I will help you to identify and work through this unfinished business in order to move forward and make positive changes.

TIME TO THINK COACHING
Time to Think coaching involves creating a safe and supportive environment for the individual to express themselves freely, without fear of judgment or interruption. I will encourage you to share your thoughts and feelings openly and to ask you meaningful questions to help you gain clarity and insight.
Time to Think can be helpful for individuals who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their direction in life. By providing a space for deep reflection, the individual can gain clarity and insight into their thoughts and feelings, and work towards making positive changes in their lives.
